Linda L. Brown, Ph.D. is the firm’s owner and founder. Her background and training includes over 20 years in business and organizational consulting and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron. She is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Academy of Management. She is also adjunct faculty at Kent State University. When Linda isn’t working, she might be riding her motorcycle, playing her guitar, or singing at the top of her lungs to the radio while driving to a client.
